2001: A Peep Odyssey

Okay, here's the deal. Pictures are here! Here's the running of the 2001 Peep-Off:

• 1. Dennis Gross - 82. He puked after the 5 minute period this year, and so he kept his winning bottle of Mad Dog 20/20.
• 2. Micki Ratt - 55. He puked after the 5 minute period this year.
• 3. Grant - 51. He puked after the 5 minute period this year.
• 4. Peep Queen Vicki - 37. She puked after the 5 minute period this year.
• 5. Charlie Bill - 33. Dennis to Charlie: "You eat Peeps like a girl."
• 6. Morgan - 28.
• 7. Robert Ives - 25. Pink chuke after the 5 minutes. "Well it was more of a chuke, not a puke."
• 8's - Robbie and Peep Princess Captain Megan - 20. Megan puked twice after the 5 minute period.
• 9. Natalie - 16.
• 10s - Cary "Smith", Gina "Smith", Dave "Smith" - 15.
• 11s - Dave Ninja and Dave Downey - 14. Dave Downey wants recognition for the biggest improvement. Last year he ate 1/2 of a Peep.
• 12. Andrew Peepkiller - 12.
• 13s - Andrew Enberg, Candice Adams, King Valiant Geek and Max - 10.
• 14. Jay Onyskin - 7.
• 15s - Steve Mar and Amy Fransen - 5.
• 16. Heart Attack Russ - 5.
• 17. A-cup Kate - 3.
• 18. Chelsea Simmons and Bill - 2. Bill first ate 15, but then puked. Then he ate 2 more and gave up.
• 19. Ann - 1 3/4 Peeps.
• 20. Chikae - 1.
• 21. Karen - 1/4 of a Peep. Ann, two places ahead, ate the remaining Peep.

Okay, the Peep-Off Diorama:

• The Peeps - a band of Peeps done by Andrew Peepkiller.
• The Peep Show - a bundle of Peeps knocking socks with a tiny little quarter window by Natalie.
• The JFK Assassination - a bunch of Peeps riding cars and more Peeps being shooters. By Natalie and Steve Mar.
• The Peep Hotel - the hotel scene from Psycho from Dave Ninja and Lisa Towle (she didn't compete but she mans the watch and keeps track of what everyone ate).
• The Sacramento Kings - a bunch of Peeps strolling around like the Sacramento Kings by Queen Vicki. Their background included the Hanson Brothers (not that crummy band, but the Hansons from the movie Slapshot).
• The Monkey's Paw - A couple Peeps coming into a room with a crusted up Peep inside by Lurch. That guy didn't compete but him and DeeAnn do a lot of Peep stuff like bringing in the Mystery Secret Eggs (vitamins, money, jelly, Bacon Bits, jelly and spare change).
• Soylent Green are Peeps! - A tractor chock full o' Peeps with marshmallow whip as blood - by DeeAnn.
• The Pee-Pee line of Pee-Pee Peeps waiting to get into the Pee-Pee room - by Captain Megan.
